The move may have been last Tuesday, but there are still a pile of boxes in my new office to be unloaded around this monstrosity
.That would be the result of spending all my time after the move setting up computers for everyone, re-setting all the printers to their new network addresses, and then re-setting up computers for various people who think they're important after their new desks arrived.
And new desks... do you see how freakin' huge that thing is!? And I'm sure it won't take long for me to get it covered, too, between my three machines, whatever I happen to be working on for someone else, and all the various projects happening at any given time.
The view is pretty sweet, though, & we all thank the gods that the photo studio offices are a little farther away! Now if she would only learn to pick up the phone & call to complain about the problem of the moment instead of walking all over trying to find whoever she thinks she needs. But I don't think she'll ever be cured of:
- putting a photo on the server
emailing the person who needs it to tell them it's there,
& then walking over to tell them that it's there & that's she's just emailed you about it!
