BlackJack displayed some behaviour this weekend that I don't think I've really noticed before.
The wife & I had the he & Rudy out for a walk & anytime a male who didn't have a dog got within 20 feet of us, BlackJack would go off on him.
It occurred to me that he didn't do that anytime recently when I had them out by myself. And he was fine when we were approached by couples, or by people with dogs. It seemed to only be lone men that he wanted to keep away from his mom!
It's nice to know that he's going to do the job of protecting her if she needs it – and I know from experience just how well he can get those teeth through the skin and let you know what he's thinkin'!
