I swear I came here to post something of great import... .
Only now I can't remember what it was.

Oh, yeah, and money, too!
Once again someone who doesn't have to sell first has put a contract on the house we've been trying to buy for the last three months!
In some ways, it's a relief -- we won't have to keep the house up to 100% constantly, and worry about showing it on the spur of the moment.
On the other hand, we were really looking forward to having a little land to garden on, and put in a dojo.

Tell Me a Secret:
With stories like this, is it any wonder that the Iraquis don't believe they'll have a fair shake after the new government comes into being?

Just a typical evening..

This is how he looked before. That was just after the accident that we now think was caused by a fan belt!
We've just started letting him go back outside on his own, but he isn't strong enough yet to make the jump over the fence, which is a bit of a relief for us, since he's still pretty weak in right hind leg.

Aargh
I've been struggling all week long with font issues on my Windows machine as I transfer InDesign files from the Designers with OS X machines.
I was finally able to figure out the proper way to use Transtype from Fontlab, and how to install the fonts properly - so at least half the problem was in my not doing that part correctly.
So I finally get all the fonts installed, and now InDesign keeps crashing every time I try to start it up!
AArrghhh!
